DEADLINE!- To ensure your business name is included on all sponsorship material for the event, you must meet our deadline! IMRA cannot guarantee complete sponsorship package if deadline is not met!

We will gladly accept sponsors after the deadline, however the souvenir t-shirt and promotional flyer benefits will not be included.

We rely on you for donations of goods or services for our raffles and giveaways during the rodeos. If you have any items you would like to donate we will gladly pick up said items, please contact us prior to the event for arrangements.

The application software supports manually entering the card details, swiping the card through the audio jack-connected Square Reader, or inserting or tapping the card using the Bluetooth LE-connected Square Chip and Contactless Reader.

IMRA started using Square during the 2018 Rodeo Season, accepting Credit and Debit cards on location at all of our event sites for admission fees, merchandise sales and rodeo contestant entry fees. We appreciate the ease of use and are very pleased with the security, safety and support Square offers all it's customers!

How To Pay.

Simply look over our "Sponsor and Vendor Info." Choose which Motorcycle Rodeo(s) you would like to Sponsor and or Vend at, then e-mail your choice(s) to Bridgette our hard working IMRA secretary. Upon receiving your choice(s) you will then receive a IMRA/Square invoice that will confirm your requests, have total amount due for payment and your preferred credit/debit card payment method.

PLEASE NOTE; A 3% Processing Fee will be included on your total for payment being made using the "Square" method.

SPONSORS-

A Platinum Sponsorship includes a free vendor space at your chosen event. Please let us know if you will be needing a vendor space for a tent or trailer and if electricity and water hook up is needed. Also included in this package is your "name" will be put on a 1st. place trophy of a rodeo event of your choosing. Please note that events vary at each rodeo. Please review your choice(s) here "Rodeo Dates" and list 3 choices. This option is "first come first served" and if your choice(s) have already been taken we will assign one for you.
